Charter

The Advanced Research Computing Advisory Team (ARCAT) will provide guidance and advice to the Vice President and Chief Information Officer and the Associate Vice President for Advanced Research Computing on strategic directions relating to the advanced research cyberinfrastructure.

The ARCAT will consist of eight to ten members from the user community, drawn from active faculty and research scientists. Member terms shall be two years, with possibility of renewal for up to four years. The ARCAT will report to the Vice President and Chief Information Officer, and the Associate Vice President for Advanced Research Computing, who jointly appoint the chair. The ARCAT will meet quarterly.
